Infosys is known for its world class corporate training. Many people say that Infosys training is the 9th semester of engineering but there is a difference. Infosys training is very practical because everything you will study here will be implemented practically with code. You will be solving problems of real world scenario. You will learn to develop logic and you will learn to write proper code with a proper coding standard.
The level of Infosys training is very good but that does not mean that it is impossible to clear it. Almost every trainee clears the training. Some clear in first attempt, some clear in second and some in third. All you need is positive attitude and self confidence.
From my training experience I have learnt so many things which should be followed and avoided during training. So I will jot down some points here.
- Solve all the assignments daily right from day one. Try to solve it on the same day and don't think about keeping it pending because if you do so then by the end of week you will have lot of assignments left and you may be frustrated. So better try solving them on the same day. If you are stuck you can always take help of your trainer or your friend. But taking help from someone else should be kept as last option because that will not help you to develop logic. Once you start taking help from others you will get habituate to that and trust me you will ruin everything. What i am trying to say here is that take help but do not copy their whole code blindly.
- Give equal importance to hands on assignments and objective assignments. There are many trainees who spend whole day solving hands on problems but they do not take objective seriously. If your objective is strong then no one can stop you from clearing the assessment in first attempt. There are many who score good in hands on but get low in objectives. So give equal time to objective questions because they are very tricky.
- Before you leave the training center just give ten minutes in revising all the concepts that you were taught on that day, look at the syntax, look at the rules. This will help you in objective assessment.
- For every course you will be having some extra practice questions.Try to solve them all before your final assessments. You will get good amount of time before your final assessments, so you can utilize that time solving these problems. Trust me it will help you a lot.
- Before every final assessment there will be a mock exam based on the pattern of final assessment. Now mock assessment will help you to understand the variety of questions that can come in final. Through mock you will learn time management which is very important factor to clear any exam. Give these mock tests very seriously and try to finish them before time and analyze the problems.
- Believe in yourself and never loose hope. There may be time your friends will clear but you will be left alone but you have to be strong. So these are some points that will definitely help you to clear all your assessments with good grades. During training don't just get stuck with assignments and assessments but also spend some time in exploring beautiful city. Make weekend trips to near by places like Ooty, Chamundi hills etc etc. So just keep your self relax and enjoy your golden days of Infosys Training.
