Documents Checklist Before Joining Infosys Mysore Training

Let me begin with big Congratulations for getting your Joining Offer letter . You might have waited for this moment from a long long time. And now that your wait is over let me give you the insights about the Joining formalities and necessary documents required to be taken for easy boarding process.

The first three days will be the Induction Program in which they will brief you about the company policies, regulations and so on. They will also collect the documents during this 3 day induction program. Following are the documents that you should keep ready:

  • Joining offer letter.
  • Service Agreement/Notary.
  • 10th Class marksheet and certificate.
  • 12th Class marksheet and certificate.
  • Semester 1-8 marksheet.
  • Degree certificate.
  • NSR details.
  • PAN card (Must have for bank account opening).
  • Aadhar card.
  • Passport (Not necessary to submit on doj but to be submitted within a year).
  • Medical certificate.
  • Driving license (No worries if you don't have).
  • Voter id (No worries if you don't have).
  • Accommodation mail printout.
  • 15 Passport size photographs.
  • 5 Stamp size photographs.
  • Photocopy of Father's/Mother's id: Aadhar/PAN/VoterID (Not required but still keep it).

Also i will recommend you to have minimum 5 Photocopies of all the above documents. You can take more if you want but minimum five is suggested.

So folks, that's all about the necessary documents that you need while joining Infosys Mysore Training. Refer this checklist again, a day before when you leave for joining, so that you have smooth joining process.

Trust me guys, you are going to live best days of your life there and you will feel a programmer inside you.

      We need to submit the service agreement during start of the training program. Usually it is collected on the 3rd day from the joining date.

      Hi, Yes you can submit provisional for the time being. But after some time you will have to submit degree certificate copy. You will get good amount of time to submit that so don't worry, take your provisionals.

    In the pre- joining guidelines they have mentioned the registration in national Apprenticeship training scheme (NATS). In that they have given a note that to mention a graduate instead of mentioning Post graduate (even if you are Post graduate). But I have completed my Graduation in 2013. But when enrolling in that site the selecting completion year of graduate is only 2016,15,14. so i cant mention 2013. so what can i do now? If You have any idea please let me know. Thank you.

      Hi, I am not sure about this but yes you can contact the HR team during induction process. They will help you for sure. And i think there will be many with this problem, so something will be done by HR for sure.

      Induction process will start around 9:00 AM and will take place till 4:30 PM. It may get extended also. So you must enter the induction venue on time because they will distribute important docs which you need to fill and submit later.

      You can expect offer letter in next 2-4 months. But it all depends on HR,if you are lucky you may get next month also.

      No I don't think that this will be a problem. Also they do not ask for Father's Identity proof. So no worries. If any case arises then HR will help you for sure.

      Hi,
      Yes that will be fine.The main part of service agreement is the content and stamp duty of rs 200. Keep them correctly and fill details properly.

      See as far as i know, taking up this course will not have any impact on joining date but yes there is one advantage. Your training period will be shorter and you will only have to do stream.
      But still i am not sure the joining date impact. I think you should contact HR for this.

      Hi,

      Yes 12th marksheet will be fine. But to be on safer side you should also have passing certificate because CBSE and ICSE board do provide it.
      In case your 12th class board does not provide it then it is a different case.
      I will suggest you to contact to HR through mail.

      Hi Sneha,

      PAN card is mandatory for opening salary accounts. But since you are not having one take the document related to it indicating that you have applied for PAN. They will give some time for it.
      But do remember to take your Aadhar/DL/Voter. But try to submit PAN asap.

      Hi,
      I think during your placements they have all the information regarding the branch of selected students. Also infy takes graduates from all branches so no issues.
      They will ask you to submit photocopies of your mark sheets so they can get aggregate from it. Maybe during induction in some documents you need to fill your branch.

      I think you can report this to HR. Just contact them and clear this. At the time of submitting degree/provisional certificate it will automatically be updated.

      Hi Jagannath,
      Service agreement is a kind of bond between you & Infosys. It contains terms and conditions and it says that you cannot leave infosys before 1 year .
      They will mail all this and you need to get it printed on legal papers with stamp duty and get it notarized.

      Hi,

      If the NSR center is very far from your home town then you can carry it to mysore.
      But if its near your hometown then i will recommend you to get it done to prevent any kind of hassle during joining process.

    I don't have my original degree certificate but I have provisional certificate. I have not able to apply this year because convocation registration is over. So I will apply next year and I will get my certificate till march 2019. My joining date is 18 dec 2017. So can I upload it when I get it?

      Yes submit the provisional for the time being and later when you get the certificate upload it. They will give you time for that.

    Hello.. During the interview process of Infosys I gave my aggregate as 76.2%(as per marks memo)which excludes two subjects.
    But later I came to know that I need to include those 2 subjects also.
    Now my % becomes 75.2 including both the subjects. Will there be any problem while joining?

      Don't worry. You will receive series of mails after 1 week. In those mails, details regarding medical certificate will be mentioned.
      Even after 10 days if you don't receive mails, contact the HR department.

      I have already mentioned the important docs in this post. Also you'll be getting mails from infy team which will tell you in detail which document is needed.
      Offer letter: Letter that indicates that a company has offered you a job in their company.
      Call Letter: It is joining letter which contains the joining date.

    Sir,in 1st and 2nd sem we had 2 subject called Evs and constitution of India, but it was not important subject,in marksheet only they have not considered those subjects while calculating the total marks, do we need to mention it here.       Firstly, thanks for your warm words :)

      Now coming to your query:
      I don't think they will allow anyone to join during night hours. Because when you join they provide you with some documents, ID cards, room keys etc which is not possible during late night hours. So it would be better to plan things accordingly or inform them prior.

    In witness page of service agreement total 9 signatures are required.(3 witnesses on left side of page, 3 signs of company, surity, engineer on right side of page and 3 signs at the end of page)

    I gave 12th improvement exams for 4 subjects and wrote cumulative percentage while filling the form. as there were no mention in the eligibility criteria about it. during hr verification she didn't look at thr certificates properly and just oked it. I also didn't point out that I had 2 marksheets for 12th as I didn't find it necessary. Now documents verification is coming up and I am a little worried
